Gutti Vankaya Curry Preparation

| 100gms | Ground nuts |
| 25gms | Corriander seeds |
| 10gms | White Sesame seeds or Nuvvulu |
| 1 table spoon | Chilli Powder |
| 1 tablespoon, more salt if needed | Salt |
| 50gms | Cashew nuts |
| 3 | Green chillies |
| 6-8 | Small Round Brinjals |
Directions:
Preparation of paste/masala:
1. Heat oil in pan, put some cumin,mustard seeda in it.
2. Once mustard seeds crackle, add whole red chilli,corriander,groundnuts,cashews,sesame seeds and fry it for some time.
3. Add salt and chillipowder to it.
4. Switch off the stove and cool mixture for some time
5. Grind the mixture into powder/mild paste such that it is not so thick.
Curry Preperation 1. Fry brinjals in little bit of oil in pan till they change the colour littlebit.
2. Let them cool and cut them slowly like + shape from bottom. Make sure that the tail is still there.
3. Stuff the brinjals with the paste prepared. Keep some paste aside
4. Heat oil in pan and add onions and green chillies and fry them for some time.
5. Add brinjals to them, let them cook with lid closed for sometime. 6. Once they are half cook Add the remaining paste to it and cook with lid closed.
7. Add salt,chilli powder if needed.
8. Once you check the brinjal it will be very soft. Then switch off the stove.
