Chicken Curry Preparation

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 Kg Chicken
1 tablespoon, more salt if needed Salt
1/2 spoon Chillipowder
3 Green chillies

Directions:

1. Marinate the chicken overnight/at least for 6 hours (Follow marination instructions in non veg curries page)

2. Heat oil and put turmeric,cumin,curry leaves in a pan.

3. Add chicken to mixture, slowly cook chicken with lid closed for 10-15min. 4. Add salt(very less is needed as chicken already have it to taste.

5. Keep it for 5-7min.
