Donda Masala Curry Preparation(Tondli masala curry)

| 250gms | Dondakaya or Tondli |
| 2 | Tomatoes |
| 2 | Onions medium size |
| 6 | Cashewnuts |
| 6 | Peanuts |
| 1 tablespoon | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 tablespoon | Coconut paste |
| 1 tablespoon, more salt if needed | Salt |
| 1/2 spoon | Chillipowder |
Directions:
Boil Tondli or dondakaya for 5-10mins in stove or microwave in water, keep them aside.
Grind,onion,coconut,ginger,garlic,cashews,peanuts into paste
1. Put Oil in pan and fry the boiled tondli.
2. Add paste to it and cook it for 5mins. Add Salt,chilli powder,water and mix it.
3. Cook curry for 5-10mins, Add Corriander and switch off.
