Ingredients

1 Carrot
1 Brinjal
3 Okra
150gm Cauliflower
2 Tomatoes
100gm Potato
1 tablespoon, more salt if needed Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Corriander Powder
1/2 tablespoon Fennel Powder
1/2 tablespoon Amchur Powder
1 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli Powder
10gms Quasturi Methi
6 Green chillies

Directions for Bhaji curry:

1. Pressure cook all the vegetables and 3 greenchillies to 3 whistles and keep them aside.

2. Heat oil in pan and put some cumin seeds.

3. Add Onion and fry it. Add ginger garlic paste to onions, tomatoes and fry it.

4. Add Fennel,amchur,corriander powder,salt to the fury(mixture formed in step 3) to taste.

5. Add all the boiled vegetables to Mixture.

6. Mash all the vegetables and fury with mashing tool it. Cook for some time with lid closed(2min).

Pav:

Fry the bread(pav, you can get hamburger buns) with butter on tava and serve with Bhaji curry and onions.
