Chicken Fry Preparation

| 1/2 Kg | Chicken |
| 1 tablespoon, more salt if needed | Salt |
| 1/2 spoon | Chillipowder |
| 3 | Green chillies |
Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken overnight/at least for 6 hours (Follow marination instructions in non veg curries page)
2. Heat oil and put turmeric,cumin,curry leaves in a pan.
3. Add chicken to mixture, slowly cook chicken with lid closed for 5-10min. 4. Add salt(very less is needed as chicken already have it to taste.
5. Keep it for 5-7min.
6. Fry it till chicken piece is breaking. Put corriander leaves for Garnishing.
