| 1 tablespoon, more salt if needed | Salt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoon | Ginger Garlic Paste |
| 6 | Curryleaves |
| 6 | Green chillies |
| 1/2 | Onion Made |
Directions:
Boil the Eggs first,peel them and cut into Slices. 1. Grind Onion and Poppy Seeds into paste.
2. Heat oil in pan and put some cumin seeds.
3. Add Onion Paste, fry it for some time then add curry leaves and Green chillies. 4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till paste cooks Add Cumin,corriander,Red chilli and Garam masala to it.
4. Add salt to taste,make the mixture into thin soup(Add some water).
5. Make sure the fury/soup is 3/4 cooked. Add Egg Slices to Mixture.
6. Cook it for some time with lid closed. Make sure eggs get the texture and curry is completely cooked
